The first meeting of the Board of Directors of Iran, Belgium, and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industries was held at 14:00 on Saturday, 01/23/2021 in the hall of Iran Chamber of Commerce and the approvals of the meeting were as follows:
Members of the Board of Directors were assigned to the following positions:
Position determination:
- Ms. Leila Rostami GhalehLani was elected to the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and she accepted.
- Mr. Hasan Forouzanfard, and Mr. Hooman Babaei Zad Khamen were elected respectively as first and second Vice-chairmen and they accepted.
- Mr. Mohammad Etlaghi was elected as Treasurer of the chamber and he accepted.
Determining Board members who have the right to sign:
- All obligatory financial documents shall be valid with the signature of the Chairwoman of the Board or co-signature of one of the Vice-Chairmen and Treasurer shall be valid with the seal of Iran, Belgium, and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
- All administrative and ordinary papers and correspondence shall be valid with the signature of the Chairman of the Board of Directors or one of the Vice-Chairmen with the seal of Iran, Belgium, and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce and Industries.
